Switch to Stocked
Moving is a Tuesday, not a project
Send us the export from whatever you run today. We map it, load it, and you keep the old thing open until you stop reaching for it. Free on every plan, including the one that costs nothing.
Start from what you are on today
Each one is an honest comparison, including a section on what the thing you are leaving still does better than we do.
How the move actually goes
There is no cutover weekend, because there is nothing to cut over. You run both for a week, and then you stop typing into the old one.
Export what you have
Items, prices, suppliers and current counts, as CSV. Every system on this list can produce one, and if yours cannot, a photo of the notebook page has been enough before.
20 minutes
We map your columns
Send the files and we return a loaded workspace: your names, your SKUs, your suppliers, your locations. There is no charge for this on any plan, including the free one.
One working day
Count once, on a quiet morning
Opening counts are the only part nobody can do for you. Print the count sheets, walk the shelves, key in the variances. It is the last time your figures will be a guess.
A morning
Run both for a week
Keep the old system open and updated. Nothing here writes to it, so the week costs you double entry and nothing else, and it ends with two sets of numbers you can hold against each other.
A week
Stop updating the old one
That is the cutover. There is no switch to throw and no downtime, because the day you stop typing into the old thing is the day you have moved.
A decision, not an event
The four things everybody asks first
- “We cannot close for a migration.”
- You do not. Both systems run side by side for a week and the old one simply stops being updated. Tills, deliveries and invoices carry on through the whole thing.
- “Our data is a mess.”
- Everyone's is. Send the export as it stands, duplicate SKUs and all, with three spellings of the same supplier and prices in a column called 'new price 2'. Cleaning it up is part of the import, not a prerequisite for it.
- “The team will not use it.”
- The counter staff see one screen, and it is a till. Everything else sits behind a role they do not have. Nobody has to learn the whole system to do their part of it.
- “What if we want to leave?”
- Every list and report exports to CSV, and there is a read-only API. No exit fee and no notice period. The door you came in through stays unlocked.

Everything else you were going to ask
What does the migration cost?
Nothing. We map and load your data on every plan, including Starter, which is free forever for a single location. There is no onboarding fee and no minimum term to qualify for it.
How long is the business down for?
It is not. You run both systems for a week and then stop updating the old one. There is no cutover weekend, because there is nothing to switch over. Tills, orders and deliveries carry on throughout.
What if we start and it is not right for us?
Export everything as CSV and go back. We do not hold your data hostage, there is no exit fee, and if we can see early that the fit is wrong we would rather tell you during the trial than take the money.
Who does the work, us or you?
We do the import. You do the opening count, because only somebody standing in the room can do that honestly. Everything else (registers, roles, reorder points) is setup you can do yourself or hand to us on a walkthrough call.
Can we move one location first?
Yes, and it is usually the sensible order. Put the smallest or the newest site on first, let it run a month, then bring the rest across with everything you learned from the first one.
Send the file and see it loaded
Attach whatever you have: a CSV, a spreadsheet, a photo of the stock book. We will come back with your own catalogue in a workspace you can open.
