What we've shipped

Product updates in the order they went out. Everything here is live for every workspace on a plan that includes it. Nothing on this page is a preview.

v2.8

Reports that send themselves

Anything you were exporting by hand on a Monday morning can now arrive in an inbox instead.

  • Scheduled reportsNew

Pick a report, a cadence and a list of addresses. Daily, weekly or monthly, as PDF, CSV or a spreadsheet, scoped to one location or the whole business. Recipients don't need a Stocked account.

  • Per-person permissionsNew

Roles still do the heavy lifting, but any single permission can now be granted or withheld for one person without inventing a new role for them. The team list shows who has been given something different.

  • Report exportsImproved

Every table on the reports page exports with the filters you're looking at, not the unfiltered set.

v2.7

A record of who did what

When the numbers don't add up, the answer should take seconds to find.

  • Audit logNew

Every sale, stock movement, purchase order, booking, team change and settings edit, in one searchable timeline. Filter by person, category or date range, and export the result.

  • Cash registersNew

Open a register with a float, count it at close, and see the variance per shift. Each location can run as many drawers as it needs.

  • AlertsImproved

Low-stock and expiry alerts now appear in the audit timeline, so an alert and the action taken on it sit next to each other.

v2.6

Knowing what to buy before you run out

Reorder points were doing half the job. Now they suggest the order too.

  • Reorder suggestionsNew

Sales velocity, supplier lead time and what's already on order combine into a suggested quantity per item. Accept the ones you agree with and they become a draft purchase order per supplier.

  • Low stockImproved

The low-stock view now separates items that are genuinely short from items that are short but already covered by an inbound delivery.

  • Reorder points on new locationsFixed

Adding a location no longer copied the reorder points from the first location instead of starting them empty.

v2.5

Batches, expiry and the cost of getting stock through the door

Two things every operation with perishables or imports has been asking for.

  • Batch and expiry trackingNew

Receive stock into batches with lot numbers and expiry dates, sell oldest-first by default, and get warned before a lot turns. Expiring and expired stock have their own views.

  • Landed costNew

Freight, duty, insurance and handling can be added to a purchase order and spread across the lines by value, weight or unit count. Margin then reflects what the stock actually cost you.

  • Partial receivingNew

Receive what turned up, leave the rest outstanding, and keep receiving against the same order until it's closed. Short shipments feed the supplier scorecard.

v2.4

Trading in more than one country

Tax and currency now follow the business rather than being hard-coded.

  • Tax rates by countryNew

Rates are resolved from where the business trades, with per-product overrides for zero-rated and exempt lines. Prices can be entered tax-inclusive or tax-exclusive.

  • Business currencyNew

Every amount in the app renders in the currency the business is set to, with the right symbol, grouping and minor-unit rules.

  • Per-location pricingImproved

A product can carry one price everywhere or a different price per location, and the till picks the right one automatically.

v2.3

The till, rebuilt

A faster point of sale that keeps trading when the connection doesn't.

  • Offline point of saleImproved

Sales queue locally and sync the moment you're back online. Nothing is lost, and stock catches up in the right order.

  • Split payments and tabsNew

Take part cash and part card on the same sale, or hold a tab open and settle it later.

  • Live margin at the tillNew

Staff with permission can see the margin on a sale as it's rung up, so discounts are given with the number in view.

  • Receipt totalsFixed

A rounding difference could put a receipt one minor unit out from the recorded sale on discounted lines.

v2.2

Services and bookings

Not everything that sells sits on a shelf.

  • Service catalogueNew

Sell hire, repairs and appointments priced per hour or per job, on the same invoice as physical stock.

  • BookingsNew

A booking reserves the equipment it needs for the window it needs it, so the same kit can't go out twice.

  • Customer recordsImproved

Customer pages now show bookings, invoices and purchase history together rather than in three separate places.

v2.1

Multi-location, properly

Stock, transfers and reporting across every site you run.

  • TransfersNew

Move stock between locations with dispatch, in-transit and receipt states, and a sign-off at both ends.

  • Consolidated reportingImproved

Every report can be read for one location or for the business as a whole, without switching workspace.

  • Stock counts on multi-location itemsFixed

A count submitted at one location could adjust the on-hand figure at another when the item shared a barcode.
