What counts as a location?
Any place you hold or sell stock: a shop, bar, kitchen, warehouse or storage room. You're billed for each location that has stock movement in a billing period, so a site you set up but don't trade from yet is free.
Do you charge per team member?
No. Pricing is per location, and every plan includes a set number of seats at no extra cost. Enterprise has no seat limit, so seasonal and part-time staff never cost you more.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference; downgrades apply at the end of the current period so you keep what you've paid for.
Is there a trial for paid plans?
Growth comes with 14 days free and no card up front. If you'd rather try Enterprise, talk to sales and we'll set up a trial with your own data loaded.
What happens to my data if I downgrade or cancel?
Nothing is deleted. Your records stay readable and exportable, and anything above your new plan's limits becomes read-only rather than disappearing. You can export everything to CSV at any time.
How does annual billing work?
You pay for twelve months up front and save 20% against the monthly rate. Add locations mid-year and they're prorated to your renewal date, so everything stays on one invoice.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major cards and direct debit. Enterprise accounts can pay by bank transfer against an invoice with net-30 terms.
Do you offer discounts?
Registered nonprofits and educational institutions get 30% off any paid plan, and volume pricing kicks in from 20 locations. Get in touch and we'll sort it out.
